Southern Grind Bad Monkey Black Drop Point Carbon Fiber Handle
Zac Brown does more than perform music – he makes knives. His company is Southern Grind, out of Peachtree City, GA, and they crank out some great folders and fixed blades. The Bad Monkey is the flagship model – a good tactical knife for everyday use or law enforcement/military. The blade is a high carbon stainless steel which Zac prefers for ease of field sharpening, and over all utility. The Bad Monkey features a twill-weave carbon-fiber handle with textured matte finish for a solid, all-conditions grip. Titanium lock and liner creates a secure storage base, and a short pocket clip ensures a secure pocket carry with minimal interference. The Emerson Wave feature allows for one-handed, kinetic opening.
