The black matte lighter was the first matte lighter introduced into Zippo’s stock line in 1984. Soon after the first introduction of this lighter more colors were introduced.  Comes packaged in a gift box. For optimal performance fill with Zippo lighter fuel. The perfect companion for your Zippo is the Thyrm PyroVault (sold separately) a molle compatible, waterproof, leakproof lighter case. Compatible with classic fluid Zippo lighter inserts, remove your insert from it’s original case, and slide it into the Pyrovault with the cam in the upwards position. The O-Ring seal minimizes evaporation, and a push button release allows for one-handed opening. It has a webbing clip for Molle/Pals systems, or for easy access in your pocket.
