Please keep all original receipts and product packaging to verify your purchase. Any knife purchased from EDC Specialties (including pre-owner) is eligible for FREE lifetime sharpening and basic maintenance (see details below) covered under our store warranty for the lifetime of the knife. If the items has to go back to the manufacturer for Warranty Services or RMA, EDC Specialties will facilitate that for you at no additional charge, as long as the repair is related to the defective workmanship or materials. If the Warranty Service or RMA requires repair or replacement due to misuse or abuse, a $30 fee to cover shipping, insurance and admin will apply.*
We accept in-store drop offs and shipments for sharpening, repairs and maintenance on knives, tools and other items. EDC Specialties provides with your purchase of any knife:
- Lifetime Touch & Tune Knife Service: Wicked Edge sharpening removes edge rolls, small nicks and imperfections. Keeps existing angles; 200-3000 stones plus lapping film. Overall knife safety check up, tune and wipe down.
- Hardware Replacement: Need a new pocket clip or screw? Based on availability. Charges may apply.
- Facilitation of Manufacturers’ Warranty: If service cannot be completed by EDC Specialties in house, your product will be sent to the manufacturer by us.*
- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the item, original packaging and your receipt to discuss a solution.
Returns on general inventory items (excluding knives) may be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase for store credit. Returns on knives are done on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased, including the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your original receipt as proof of purchase.
